  • Maintain dimensional accuracy of work and quality standards
  • Produce parts from blueprints
  • Committed to cost reduction and Continuous Improvement
  • Working to production schedule/due dates
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly work area, 6S
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement processes and Lean thinking


  • Complete knowledge of all phases of CNC press brake operations
  • Previous Trumpf or Bystronics experience preferred
  • Basic welding skills a PLUS
  • Able to work within +/- ½ degree tolerance
  • Knowledge of metal alloy characteristics and formability
  • Learn the specific print language of forming and bending
  • Knowledge of die setups (top & bottom)
  • Knowledge of CNC press brake operation and ability to write own programs
  • Training or exposure to the following: bandsaw, ironworker, power rolls, plasma torch, and shears.
  • Motivated with a “get it done right the first time” mind set
  • Safety minded
  • Good shop math skills


  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2-5 years Fabrication experience
